Having trouble up loading an image of this lever but it looks like two hammers head to head & no letters or numbers . Anyone seen the likes before ? Thanks .

Given the small number of manufacturers making the No.23 grenade No.1 cup, I think the mark is an alternative monogram for Josiah Parkes and Son, Willenhall.

Mike, I've confirmed beyond reasonable doubt that the monogram was one of Josiah Parkes' pre-WWI trade marks.

The mark on the Mills levers and the grenade cup is a stylized hose coupling; the hose coupling mark represented the earlier history of the company as hardware merchants and iron founders, based at the Union Works, Willenhall.
