Mine Identification Please

I've be told that this is a mine, and that there are parts missing. Might anyone know what it is, and maybe have a photo or drawing of the complete item? Its mostly brown plastic about 7 inches deep, 20 inches wide, and 20 inches tall. The shiny flat piece (bottom) has a gasket around its outside edge, like it would fit into an enclosure.

No these are ADUs Auxiliary dispenser units, these are most likely used for the US Gravel mines. I'll try and post a document on them. BUt I keep having problems doing this.

Mine is white, and does not have the bottom plate. There is , however, an manufacturer's plate, from Rubbermaid.
