Miniature MkII lookalike grenade

Hello, Here is a grenade that looks like a miniature US MkII. I put it next to a MkII in two of the pictures for comparison.

Does anyone here know what it is? I have not been able to positively ID it, but I saw a picture once of a South Korean A3 grenade that had a body that looked the same, but it had a different fuze. Unfortunately I don't have that pic to share here. (I saw that picture on Ordata, which doesn't seem to be online these days.) The grenade in the picture I saw had a cylindrical fuze with no lever. This grenade has an American fuze, but if it is a South Korean grenade, perhaps US fuzes were supplied to them? I'm wondering if this is a correct modification from the one I saw pictured.

A yellow band is painted over the green, but is partially rubbed off on this example. The only marking I can find on the body is a faint five-point star on the base. In the picture where I'm holding it, you can just barely see it.

Any info would be appreciated. Thanks, Rob
