Missiles and More Museum, Topsoil Island, North Carolina

This museum http://missilesandmoremuseum.org/ is dedicated to the post IIWW American effort to develop guided missiles. Because that development took place on the Topsoil Island. It was chosen for its low population density and proximity to water. Water is still there but low population density is long long gone. The white box like tower you see in the last photo is one of those observation towers from which the missile flights were observed and filmed with cameras for future documentation.
