The left and second from left (white nose) are RPG 75 drill
 
second one (green body) is the russian 82mm TSP-60 anti-radar decoy rocket, used in the PK-16 launcher (navy). Fittet with this kind of fuze:

The matter is not as clear as it seems.
The Czechoslovak army never had such a version of the warhead made of plastic in place.
A look at the cap indicates that it is a dummy. There is no stenciling on the body of the dust chamber or elsewhere. ..
Also the shear bolts are not in place ..

the dummys where used in drill rpg's with the marking skolni. Are they polish made?
