Grenoble ou Chambaran? Chambaran was the military camp where the 75 mm gun was tested.
Then, your shell looks like a 75 mm projectile for "Mortier d'accompagnement Modèle 1917". The fuze seems to be RYG 18, so possible on this type of shell.
Normally, the tenons should be placed lower and do not quite have this shape.
I don't know why this shell was not close. Perhaps, it is the result of one of many tests that were made at the time...
