I have been wanting one of these for some time now and finally found one at a good price. Obvious repaint but in good condition. I think the fuse is a Type 100.

The mortars are out there and it is not that hard to find a nice one once you put your mind to it. Finding one with the correct fuze as you have, is much more difficult.
 
And not only the correct fuze but complete with the detonator and the booster well as well, all at the same time. Very well done!!!
