Mystery 5-inch Projectile - Seeking ID

Hi gang, once again I’m reaching out to the BOCN for identification help. I have this older (and kinda beaten up) 5in projectile and I’m not exactly sure what it is, for certain. There no real markings visible, though there *might* be a circle and possible British broad arrow next to it on the drive band. Though, it could be nothing and just picked up those indents/markings at some point over its lifetime. It does seem old, but it may not be. Not a lot of shell below the band leads me to believe it could be a semi-fixed round or a bag gun round. Any insight would be appreciated!
I’ll include photos. Here are some measurements:
Length = 432mm
Diameter = 126mm
Band width = 30mm
Smooth non-ribbed drive band.
Hole for base fuze has a cork in it.
