Mystery Dummy...Something

Hi all, does anyone know what this is? It can with a bunch of EOD stuff. No one locally seems to know what it is. I'm thinking the protective cover off of something that goes BANG. It appears to be made from a lead based metal as it's fairly heavy for it's size. The is a raised nipple:tinysmile_kiss_t: inside the base. Any thoughts out there?

Looks like the dummy fuze for the 20lb Blacker's Bombard bomb (No 283 or thereabouts).

looks about the right size for a dummy booster ,fitted to something like a 904e aerial bomb fuze?

cheers
Bob
