Can anyone ID this launcher and if the munition setting on the table in front of it would go with this launcher. The launcher appears to ahve a RPG& type sight. The munition appears to be HEAT (break at major dia) and it does appear to be the right size to fit.

This is a new launcher developed by North Korea to fire the PG7 rocket which is placed next to the table.
I would not be the shooter's shoulder.
