Found this yesterday nea former UNPROFOR French batalion camp. Need help to ID the item! Thanx!

PS fuze is removed in situ from the cylindric body.

Hello,

French flare mine (Mine Eclairante Fixe Longue DUrée modèle F1B) with fuze AL TR MT F2A (Allumeur à traction métallique modèle F2A)
This mine is fitted with a big spring on base. This spring pushes the illuminating pot slowly so the pot can always burn on the top of the tube for 6 minutes.
