Need help ID'ing 20mm Proj please.

Good evening BOCN'er,

It's been a while since I've been online.

I need help Identifiing this 20mm proj.

No other marking... beside the yellow band, and manufacture stamp ''wb 3 f 1940'' just above the driving band.

Thank you in advance. any info would be much appreciated.
