Need help to identify a grenade

Hello

Can anyonehelp me to identify this grenade.
There isnot a lot I can tell about. I also don’t know the country of origin.
The onlything I found are four holes in the metal case next to the black fuse.
The holesare covered with a millimeter-thin disc .
So I guessit could be a smokegrenade but I am notsure.

Cant see the 4 holes in the body. Flat bottom end of body looks like maybe a lock. Hard to tell. Maybe re-usable body? maybe? Are there threads in "fuse?"

It lookslike there was a thread on top of the fuse but is broken away.
I took somemore pictures so you can see the holes.
