Hi,
The only projectile with russian style deformation grooves and two rotating bands of different width I know is the 100mm BR-412B.
I think that there are two different pieces of the body over each other as You can see 4 deformation grooves.

To me it looks like the second projo is shot into the first. I think the pieces of schrapnel above the projos came from the first.
