Yep, should be 100x182R115. The stamp on 12 o clock is not so common.

I also would like to know, and some Yugoslav cases have HM instead of XM. I guess the H may mean Howitzer (Haubica).

100mm XM.28
M.28 Model 1928 (for ammunition not introduced in the Czechoslovak army, the export designation was always M, not vz.)
I do not know the meaning of the letter "X"
Akon
...Export of the Czechoslovakia (kontrakt 1927) : 72 pieces of field howitzers of the 10cm type FE (introduced in the Yugoslav army as M.28)

After little research I think its simply the cyrillic abbreviation of Haubica "хаубица".

The official designation is "Vzor", the abbreviation used is "vz. ,, with a dot at the end! Example of period marking.
- "vzor 28" is allowed in the text, i.e. without a dot)
The use of VZ28 is incorrect ...or Vz.28 is incorrect :)

,,M.. sign in the bore of the barrel .
Cartridge manufacturer in 1929, Československé muniční a kovodělné závody a.s. Bratislava Czechoslovakia.
After that, the cartridge was modified several times in local ammunition arsenal including a new primer screw..
