New addition: Russian M1931 76x558R training inert

Recently added to my collection, a Russian M1931 76x558R training inert, with a UBR-354B as comparison.
The cartridge and fuze are genuine, while the projectile in black is mostly made of wood, except for the adaptor below the fuze. The cartridge has no stencils, while head stamp shows it's made in 1940. But I don't know the exact model of the fuze.
Sources claim that the M1931 AA was originally a Rheinmetall design, but later sold to the Soviets because the Wehrmacht did not adopt it. Dose the M1931 have anything to do with the later designed 88mm Flak? The cartridge length of them are quite close.
