Purchased this canister shot 37x94mm cartridge from local gun show last Sunday ( 5 Euros :D ). The case is well marked but shell has no markings.

My first question is: do the case and shell belong together?

Second question is that the case side is richly ink stamp marked, which I have not seen earlier in these rounds. Are the markings for this shell?

Markings on case side are:
24 gr.B.N.37
P.W.P. 1-33.
W.A.1. 1-35.
Vo = 367 m/s

Not sure if they go together, but I think not. Normally this projectile goes with French cases marked 37 TR (TR = Tir Rapide = Quick Firing). But your case is special, and worth 5 euro easy on it's own. I see a star that indicates to me Polish use. Therefore, I am not sure if the projectile fits. The French projectiles typically have a large "M" on top, if your's doesn't I am not sure. I will check my books....

Checked my book (A gun for all nations - The 37 mm gun & ammunition Volume II) and this is a genuine Polish round. Named Kartacz Wz. 08 37 mm Tuska Wz. 85. Cases are French, with the mentioned star.
The ink markings are typically Polish as well, my book mentions the following:

32,2 gr CRM 22
D.P.50-18
W.A.1.4-34
V0=400

Great find!

Thanks Hoeksel.
The canister nose has no markings. Between the clearly visible headstamps are also very faint markings: 1 over a star, Something looking OF in a cricle, Large 8 on left of star, 1/S M J - or something.

OF is also typical Polish marking, also mentioned in my reference.
