No.10 time pencil switch with an adaptor

Hello all,
would anybody please tell me what explosive device this thread adaptor with an early snout on the No.10 time pencil could be for? The photo probably comes from the Gestapo in Prague and could be of a sized material from the SOE drops. I have seen US made adaptors on time pencils for Mk II etc., but never this British fine threaded one.
