Pic shows, the No23 trace plug i got of Andy D ages ago in a trade with some other odds. It had been badly chewed up in the past and after annealing and peening with a small hammer it has cleaned up quite well,unfortunately if metal has been lost its impossible to make a perfect repair,so cant get much neater than this without losing the stamping etc.Looking for a Perfect one if anyones got one, shown next to a 2 pdr HV, No1 tracer unit, which is what it sometimes replaces in a plugged practice shell.Anybody own or have a pic of the correct tool for fitting these?Cheers Tig.
