No 58 pistol variant

I need clarification with series of No 58 bomb pistols.
One doc shows the same head as No 28 and another doc describes a head of No 30 with groove.
I'm lost.

The first No. 58 Pistols were converted No. 30 pistols. See attachments.

Is there really a Mk II as shown by Fusse2004 ?

Sorry! Wrong picture description!!! There is only one No 58 Mk I. No Mk II.
