No36 Mills bomb box

Infanteer

Well-Known Member
I would like to make a reproduction of the WW2 Mills Bomb wooden box that carried 12 grenades and the det tin. I have tried to search the internet for some dimensions but have been unsuccessful even though I am certain that I saw it somewhere before. Can someone help me with this project? I don't know if the boxes were made the same in England as in Canada but I would prefer to make a Canadian style box if they are different (markings aside as I know they are different).

Thanks, Steve

I'm pretty sure there is a member who makes reproduction Mills boxes on here. I would imagine that Canadian ones are the same dimensions as Brit ones with different markings.
