No69 Fragmentation Sleves ?

Hello yet again.
Have just been looking at several websites, for pictures of the two part fragmentation sleeve for use with the British No69 grenade.

One site states that the sleeves were experimental and never got into serious production. Another site states that the sleves were issued, implying that there could have been such production.

Can anyone please offer clarification on this question?
