I have been collecting "Aircrew Survival Equipment" way before I started on Hand Grenades. Here are Three kits that the pilot would wear inside his left thigh and in his vest. The picture with the two kits side by side are extremely hard to find and therefore allot of money, approximately $500 for an incomplete one and $600+ for a complete one, mine is complete. This a Special Forces (Green Berets) kit made for SOG during the late 60's.
