Not sure what this is - 2 pounder proof projectile? It's available.

Ran across this for sale at a show but didn't buy it. I'm not sure what it is. It weighted about 2 pounds and appeared to be about 40mm. Mild rust/pitting
The paper tag around it stated it had some markings such as "2Pr H.V." but I couldn't see them without tearing his label.
The seller does not live that far from me. If anyone knows what it is and would like to trade for it let me know.
