It is Danish and is a programmable Anti Tank Mine igniter.
I do not have any information besides that.

From the Jane's (if I right recall):

"The M/88 is a battery-powered electronic anti-tank mine fuze developed in co-operation with the Royal Danish Army Matériel Command. It allows existing anti-tank blast mines to be given a full-width capability, and was licence-produced by Royal Ordnance as the RO 150.
The M/88 can be fitted to the British Barmine, without tools, using two plastic cable ties. On other types of mine, fitting requires various adaptors integrated into the base of the fuze.
The fuze has an advanced electronic sensor that ensures correct functioning regardless of target speed. The sensor can be preset to disregard light targets, and the fuze has an integral anti-tilt device. It is also protected against electronic countermeasures.
A small HE transfer charge is integrated into the base of the fuze and can be fitted or removed without having to open the casing. The fuze case is waterproof to a depth of 2 m and is manufactured in green polycarbonate, although various shades of brown can also be produced.
The M/88 has a 15 minute arming delay and will self-neutralise after 90 days. It can be used with mechanical minelayers and buried up to a depth of 150 mm in earth. Minimum shelf life is 10 years, although the battery may have to be changed after 5 years."
