I like this french launcher. At first looks like an old and basic rocket launcher from 50's era !
But not.
Very funny, it's a navy throwing line called "Lance amarre GUERARD".
Inert grenade ("fusée Erica") with cable. Propulsion with a cartridge inserted in the reusable launcher.
