oddball fuze extension cap...

Very good pickup at the weekend. Oddball because of the nature of the 'ridge' below the fuze boss.
Also note the 2 pins on the underside?

According to the very nice manual presented to me this week,it is known as an 'Extension Cap,Type A-1'
First example ive ever seen. Still to be cleaned up but ive already noticed our old friend inspector number 56 is already on the ball.
