I am looking for information on the Spanish practice mines P-4-B. What is the training dye inside?

There is also a second variant that I am wondering about.

fogueo is Spanish for fog(smoke)so it would be a smoke compound not a dye,is that what you meant?
 
Yeah, I probably worded it wrong. The smoke compound inside the one mine is really strong. It dyed my fingers blue for a time. I was wondering if there is a document on these mines (the training versions)? Also, is there a difference between the two? One had the smoke, the other doesn't open up the same way.

Many blue pyrotechnic smoke formulas use copper phthalocyanine as the dye agent. Hard to wash off and gets everywhere:xd:
