P.D.F. MK X nose fuze ?! who has info???

Hi,
I recenly got this fuze and a cutaway of it also.
It is marked with" P.D.F. MK X " and is certainly early US made.
Does anyone has any infor of the usage of this fuze or any other documents regarding the MK X ?
Total length is 244mm and the thread dia. is 2 inches (50.8mm)
