Painted 75mm shrapnel

Slick

Original thought on picking this one up was that it was oddly corroded. It was very dirty, as well. A good wiping down and the picture showed itself. Lake, woods, sky. By someone that had taken some art schooling, considering the details.

Rick,

Double check the diameter of your shrapnel body. Two crimping grooves are usually an indicator of 3 inch projectiles. Typically the 75mm ones have no grooves.
