Pak or Flak item

I found this listing on ebay as a Pak burst case extractor but it looks more Flak to me with the base design.

Can anyone confirm if it is Pak or Flak.

Thats an interesting item, i must agree with you that at least from the base it look more like a FlaK case in desgn but i look forward to finding for sure if any other members can add info.
