This typ of ammo was used as Training ammo.
The head is not full of TNT. here they used Bitumen.

I think to end of war was all ammo which was on place give to fire. So the Charge destroyed the pipe.
 
Nice find. Is it just a regular warhead case, just with inert filling?
I've once seen an engine of what seemed to be a training Panzerschreck with blind warhead; the warhead itself was missing, but the engine had a long pipe (i.e. 15 cm long or so) fixed at the front, to which the blind head was apparently mounted.
 
Yes, it is the regulare war-head with inert filling (Bitumen).
They used dummy fuze wich look same like war-fuze
