Looks like a latch release cartridge for the SS11 anti-tank missile. Search this site re SS11 and you will see one or two on that. Regards, Matthew.

Thanks for sorting the link Spotter. Please also see the 1st, 3rd & 8th photos of that post No 15. The opaque plastic container at left in the missile package in the 1st photo is the container for that missile's latch release cartridge. In the 3rd photo you can see a latch release cartridge laying on top of a missile prior to fitting in the launcher and in the 8th photo you can see the red coloured ends of two latch release cartridges fitted into their launchers with missiles suspended under the launchers.
