I am trying to find the manufacturer for the LOT CODE PDR. Does anyone have something on this code?

This one could also be a French code...

I have PDR listed as Ets. J. E. Desroziers & Cie., Boulogne, France. (but look at the scan, the name could be incorrect as it's hard to read...)
