Length o/a 13.5in. Diameter ~3/4" Weight 3lbs 11oz. Mildly magnetic. Represented as a penetrator for a saboted round.

Yeah, like that. It came from the factory evidentially. I'll try to figure out the density which will help me back into the material.

Tungsten I think.

Using the dimensions above and assuming a rod with no point, the weight is 3 lbs. 11oz.
Using the same assumptions the weight of steel is 1 lbs. 11 oz. (https://www.omnicalculator.com/construction/steel-weight)
Depleted Uranium is 4 lb. 2oz https://www.aqua-calc.com/calculate/volume-to-weight
So my 3lb11oz suggests tungsten.
