Very interesting array of WWI Grenades from different countries and fronts. I think the lower left one is the mondo rare M1916 French incendiary gasoline bunker clearing grenade, difficult to be sure, but it heavily resembles it. Great pic SpudGun.....Dano

A trimmed version of this photograph appears in The History of Trench Warfare Materiel (printed 1920) which is well worth searching out; a US Army Ordnance publication.

Do you mean this one Dano!
Great pic spudgun. Cheers for posting it.
cheers, Paul.

Yes siree Paul, that would be the one. I really appreciate you showing it (should have known you had one) because all I had seen on it was the Delhomme line drawing and 1 that was a really good repro (yours is obviously original). Good show. And yes SpudGun that pic is something else. It is an older picture but has grenades from different fronts, like maybe it was a photo of an earlier collection, the way it is staged with the sandbags in the background. Who knows?? Dano
