plastic 7.62 nato

Hi to all,
Trying to find out if this plastic 7.62mm is;
1 a blank or short range practice round
2 country of origin.
Alloy base with no headstamp,the tip is a lot harder than the case,any info would be very helpfull

What you got is a short range cartridge and it is most likely produced at Nammo. I will check mine after work to day to se if there is any markings on those I got. They comes in 308, 30-06 and 50 cal.

It looks like I may also have a blank .30-06 made buy the same firm,red plastic.
Am I correct in thinking red was for easy id for blanks and blue for short range?
