Please help ID this big, rimless artillery/tank round

Hi,
This is another dummy/drill round that I bought in Hungary.
I!ve looked on the Internet, but I can't find anything similar.
The case is approximately 78mm across the base, approximately 66mm at the case mouth and 315mm long. The complete round is 48cm long.
the headstamps are VSZ and the number 56.
It's really heavy! (14kg).
Any suggestions?
