All I know about this grenade is that it is French WW1 could someone please tell me it's correct name and how it was armed also what parts are missing I imagine they are fairly common in Europe but it's the only one I have seen in OZ Thanking you in advance for the information Regards Daryl:tinysmile_grin_t:

Hi Darry,

The exact name of this french percutant grenade is "P1 Mle 1915".
It was also called grenade poire (pear grenade !!!) because of the form.

These grenades are not so common, even in Europe.
