I read D.Lynn Vol 3 Warsaw Pact Grenade book where this grenade is fired from a fixed rifle with artillery sight to practice laying an artillery piece on target.
It is said to have a black painted head where this one is dark green. Seems there must be two head colours?
Marked in white: CGN 4-86=118 so I guess it is from 1986?
