Polish translation needed, a 1920's post card

If anyone can provide even a partial transcript, please. I am really bad in reading handwriting, especially in the foreign language. Also the meaning of "green pipe".

"pipe" seems to be wrongly used instead of "piping" - green piping is the traditional colour for rifles ("chasseurs") units - and the piping can be seen on the cap of this soldier - which displays alos the classic insignia of "chasseurs" units: the stylised French horn - most probably also in green. A similar "Polish" cap with green piping and French horn insignia was already used by the chasseurs unit of the Heller army (Polish emigree corps inside the French army in ww1) in 1917-1918:
