Practice bomb

Who can tell me about this practice bomb. The nose is massive, the rest is thin pressed plate. It has a long firing pin, most probably to ignite a spotting charge or smoke cartridge in the tail. The total length of tje bomb is 475mm.

The bombs stabilizer part is similar to Canadian bombs (WW II) .
