PTR and MRP lot codes

Does anyone know what these lot codes (found on the shipping containers) for this firing device stand for?

I have PTR as a French code.

I have the PTR code listed both as french (Ets Prelat-Tombeur, Renwez (Andennes), France) and Dutch (N.V. Pyrotechniek Rotterdam, Hoek van Holland, Holland)
Also for MRP i have 2 codes listed: a Duch one (Munitie Renovatie Peloton, Holland) and an American (Magtech Recreation Products, Inc., Las Vegas, Nevada, USA)

Companhia Brasileira de Cartuchos, Santo Andre, estado de San Paulo, Brazil (for Magtech Recreation Products Inc, Las Vegas, Nevada (now Magtech Ammunition Company, Madison))

These booby traps where made in The Netherlands so PTR is pyrotechniek roterdam, Munitie renovatie peleton was a dutch army ammunition renovation platoon.
