Public displays - legal?

Does anybody have a legal reference as to what can be displayed in public?

I’m thinking of showing my collection of drill missiles, full size replica missiles, and portable launchers (AT4, Milan) at a public military vehicle show on private land.

Any issues with this? I would have copies of deact certs with me.

Thanks

No issues at all there. As long as you can visibly prove they are all inert.

You're more likely to need Public Liability Insurance in case the Milan fell over on someone's foot. tbh.

Be exceptionally mindful of the Firearms Act and proper legal deactivation with necessary Proof House certification and stamping. Suggest you discuss your collection with one of the many legit dealers members of the DWA https://www.ukdwa.org/ such as DWSUK https://dwsuk.org/ & https://www.real-gun.com/deactivated-weapons-association.html as many launchers even without rockets etc and Section 5 Prohibited Weapons. Deactivation has costs as does Proof House certification. Pity to loose your entire collection to an over-keen police officer.....

You need also to be aware of the Health and Safety at Work act, whuch has it's own regulations covering public displays of ammunition etc..
