PWD manufacturer

In my search at different manufacturers in pyrotechnic i got stuck at the code PWD, which is found on e.g L68/L69/L70 smokegrenades.

I found Pains Wessex ltd (chemring), but i'm not sure. Can anybody verify that PWD is Pains Wessex or is it something else?

Pains Wessex Defence although I prefer to credit these to Haley & Weller (same company).
 
Can confirm Bonnex's info as I have a L5A4 Para flare made by Pains Wessex with an address of High post,Salisbury,Wilts(high post is actually nearer Amsbury Wilts than Sailsbury!) and they also have a site at Middle Wallop,Hants.
