Question on 10cm shell marking

Hello,

Does anybody know the meaning of the letter 'm' in the text 'm 10 cm K' which can be seen on the attached shell.
The length of the shell is 45,4cm.

Hallo,
it means: mittlere 10cm Kanone, midle 10cm gun,
there is also a kurze 10cm Kanone (short) and schwere 10cm Kanone (heavy)
