Question on 75mm shells

Hello,

Could somebody tell me if the following 2 shells are the same? Looking at the markings on the bottom there are some differences?

Is the shell in picture435, a 75mm Montage Mle 1919?
What is the meaning of the letters 5-40-C?
Does it have a German detonator?

Below is a picture of the other shell:

The first is for the Schneider M1919 L/18,6 mountaingun and has a German primer. What surprises me it is a electric primer, not sure if that is original. 40 is the year of manufacture.
As far as I know the other case is indeed for the same gun.
