A reminder that the annual Black Powder Ordnance Conference (ORDCON) is being held at the Thames Valley Police training centre at Sulhamstead near Reading on Saturday 23 October. A good line up of speakers ( including myself - running an explosives legislation workshop!). If you are there and are a BOCN member please introduce yourself it would be nice to put faces to screen names.
