I went to this very eclectic restaurant which had a whole nose cone of a fighter plane inside. Is it an F-4 Phantom?

F-4 Is correct. Type: B,J,N or S, for Navy, C or D for Airforce.
Not the "E" that was a long nosed type with a gun beneath the nose.
