Reference for US WW2 Naval Shells

Not sure where to post this. It is a very good reference that took me some time to find. Ultimately, it turned out that searching for the title didn't work, you had to use the OP number by itself. Who knew? Anyway, 600+pages of shell stuff.

I was able to open this but it's impossible to use. Scrolling from page to page is the slowest I've ever seen. I'd love to use it, but is there some other format where it's available?

Ray you must download it as a pdf (blue "download" button with a cloud), viewing it online is difficult once you have a slow internet connection.

I don't get a window that looks like that at all. There's a green bar that says "Download" and when I click on it everything slows to a crawl.
